Short answer: GoHighLevel pricing starts at $97 a month (Starter, 3 sub-accounts), then $297 (Unlimited) and $497 (Agency Pro), or $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year. Contacts and users are unlimited on every plan. On top, you pay for usage: about $0.675 per 1,000 emails, $0.00747 per US text and $0.0166 a minute for outbound US calls.

GoHighLevel pricing looks simple on the plans page and gets more detailed the moment you start sending texts, emails and calls. This guide covers the three main plans, every usage charge HighLevel publishes, the paid add-ons, and what a realistic monthly bill looks like for a solo business and an agency.

Everything here comes from HighLevel’s own pricing page, its pricing guide (last updated 22 August 2026) and its LC Phone rates (last updated 12 October 2026). We checked them on 5 November 2026. HighLevel changes usage rates from time to time, so confirm on those pages before you commit.

GoHighLevel pricing at a glance: three self-serve plans, plus a custom Enterprise plan.

GoHighLevel pricing plans

PlanMonthlyYearlySub-accountsWhat it adds
Starter$97$970 (about $80.83/mo)3All core features: CRM, funnels, websites, email, SMS, calling, calendars, workflows, courses, communities, reporting
Unlimited$297$2,970 (about $247.50/mo)UnlimitedRebill phone and email to clients at cost, basic API
Agency Pro$497$4,970 (about $414.17/mo)UnlimitedSaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with your own markup, user and agent reporting, advanced API
EnterpriseCustomCustomUnlimitedDedicated success manager, white-label mobile app, HIPAA, premium support, quarterly business reviews

All plans include unlimited contacts and unlimited users, and billing is month to month with no long-term contract. Paying yearly gets you roughly two months free.

Which GoHighLevel plan do you need?

  • Starter ($97) fits a single business, or a freelancer serving up to three clients. Everything that matters for running leads is already in it.
  • Unlimited ($297) is the agency plan. Once you have a fourth client, it’s the only sensible choice, and rebilling lets clients cover their own texting and email costs.
  • Agency Pro ($497) is for agencies that want to sell the software itself, with SaaS mode handling sign-ups, plans and billing for your clients.

Usage-based charges

This is the part of GoHighLevel pricing that catches people out. Messaging isn’t bundled into the plan; it’s billed through LC Email and LC Phone at the rates below (US rates, as published).

ItemPrice
Email (LC Email)$0.675 per 1,000 emails
Email validation$2.50 per 1,000 addresses
Local phone number$1.15 a month
Toll-free number$2.15 a month
SMS, inbound or outbound$0.00747 per segment
Outbound calls$0.0166 a minute
Inbound calls$0.01165 a minute
A2P 10DLC registrationOne-time $22.50 (sole proprietor or low volume) or $64 (high volume)
A2P monthly campaign feeUp to $2.10 (sole proprietor), $1.50 to $10.50 (low volume), $10.50 (high volume)
Workflow premium actions$0.01 per execution, or Workflow Pro from $10/mo for 10,000 executions

Calls are billed in full minutes, and a fixed 5% markup applies to pass-through carrier fees when rebilling is switched on. Usage charges can also apply during the free trial.

SMS segments, not messages. A text longer than 160 standard characters, or one containing emoji, is split into several segments, and each segment is billed. Keep automated texts short and you’ll keep this line on the bill small.

AI Employee pricing

HighLevel’s AI features (Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Content AI) are sold as the AI Employee, priced per sub-account:

OptionPriceNotes
Pay-per-useNo monthly feeBilled by usage
Growth$50/mo per sub-account
Unlimited$97/mo per sub-accountCovers Conversation, Voice, Reviews and Content AI, subject to fair use

Phone charges still apply to Voice AI calls, and rebilling AI Employee costs to clients needs the $497 Agency Pro plan.

Free trial and billing

GoHighLevel offers a 30-day free trial through our link (14 days if you sign up directly) on any plan. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends, so cancel before day 14 if it isn’t right. There’s no free plan.

How GoHighLevel pricing compares

The flat fee with unlimited contacts is unusual. Most CRMs and email tools charge per seat or per contact, which means GoHighLevel tends to look expensive for a two-person business and cheap for an agency. For side-by-side numbers, see GoHighLevel vs HubSpot (per-seat pricing), GoHighLevel vs ActiveCampaign (per-contact pricing) and GoHighLevel vs ClickFunnels (the same $97 entry price, with email included).

Five ways to keep the bill down

  1. Pay yearly once you’re sure; it saves about two months’ fees.
  2. Turn on rebilling (from $297) so each client pays for their own texts and emails.
  3. Validate old lists before you import them. Validation at $2.50 per 1,000 is cheaper than bounces that hurt your sending reputation.
  4. Keep texts under one segment: 160 plain characters, no emoji.
  5. Start AI Employee on pay-per-use and move to a monthly tier only for sub-accounts that use it heavily.

What’s included in every GoHighLevel plan

A common misunderstanding about GoHighLevel pricing is that the $97 plan is a cut-down version. It isn’t: Starter includes the core platform, and the higher plans mainly add sub-accounts, rebilling and reselling. According to HighLevel’s pricing page, every plan includes:

  • CRM with contacts, pipelines and opportunities
  • Website, funnel and form builder
  • Email and SMS marketing, plus inbound and outbound calling
  • Workflow automation and booking calendars
  • Payments and invoicing
  • Courses and communities
  • Custom dashboards and reporting
  • The white-label desktop web app
  • Unlimited contacts and users, and 24/7 support

Monthly vs yearly GoHighLevel pricing

Plan12 months paid monthlyPaid yearlySaving
Starter$1,164$970$194
Unlimited$3,564$2,970$594
Agency Pro$5,964$4,970$994

Yearly billing is worth it once you’re past the trial and confident in the platform. If you’re still testing whether it fits, start monthly: billing is month to month with no long-term contract.

How agencies turn GoHighLevel pricing into profit

For agencies, the real question is what you can charge clients, not what HighLevel charges you. Three common models:

  1. Bundle it into a retainer. Include the CRM, funnels and automations in a monthly service fee, and rebill messaging at cost on the $297 plan.
  2. Charge a software fee. On Agency Pro ($497), SaaS mode lets you sell plans to clients under your brand, with automated sign-up and billing, and add a markup on usage.
  3. Charge for setup. Use snapshots to deliver a ready-made setup for a niche (for example, a dental or roofing snapshot) and charge a one-time implementation fee.

Whichever model you choose, write down who pays for usage. Clients sending thousands of texts can turn a profitable account into a loss if usage isn’t rebilled.

GoHighLevel pricing checklist before you sign up

  • How many client sub-accounts will you need in the next 12 months? Four or more means the $297 plan.
  • Will clients text US numbers? Budget for A2P registration and the monthly campaign fee.
  • Roughly how many emails a month will you send? Multiply by $0.675 per 1,000.
  • Do you need the AI Employee for every client, or only a few?
  • Will you need HIPAA ($297/mo) or a white-label mobile app ($497/mo)?
