The terms for using WebSourceLab, including prices, affiliate links and content use.

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of websourcelab.com (“WebSourceLab”, “the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About WebSourceLab

WebSourceLab publishes independent reviews, comparisons, pricing guides and tutorials about business software. It is run by Modasser Jasim from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contact: hello@websourcelab.com.

Information, not professional advice

Our content is general information to help you research software. It isn’t legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it can’t account for your specific circumstances. Decide for yourself, and get professional advice where you need it, before buying or relying on any product.

Prices and product details

Software prices, plans, features and promotions change often. We check prices on the vendor’s own website and show the date we checked, but we can’t guarantee that any price, feature or offer is still current when you read it. The vendor’s checkout page is the final word. Prices are shown in US dollars before tax unless we say otherwise.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the vendor, under the vendor’s terms; we aren’t a party to it and can’t provide support, refunds or billing changes for third-party products. Read our affiliate disclosure for details.

Third-party websites

We link to vendor websites, documentation and other sources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or products.

Intellectual property

Text, original graphics, comparison tables and the WebSourceLab name and logo are owned by WebSourceLab. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with a link back to the source. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site, or use it to train or populate another publication, without written permission.

Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we write about, and their use doesn’t imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those companies.

Comments and messages

If you post a comment or send us a message, you agree that it’s your own, that it’s lawful and accurate, and that it doesn’t contain spam, abuse or anyone else’s private information. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to publish, edit for length or clarity, and remove it. We may remove any comment at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site in a way that harms it or other people: no attempts to break security, overload the servers, scrape the site at scale or misuse our forms.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebSourceLab and its owner aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of third-party software or websites, that results from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Corrections

If you find an error, please tell us through the contact page. We correct factual errors promptly and update the page date when a correction changes the substance of a page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
