“White-label CRM” gets used for three very different things, and most comparison lists blur them together. Some tools let you put your logo on a client portal. Some let you rebrand the whole app and give clients their own logins. A few let you sell the software as your own product, with your own price list. Before you compare features, decide which of those you actually need, because the price gap between them is huge.
This guide compares five white-label CRM options built for those different jobs. Prices come from each vendor’s official pricing page, checked on 5 November 2026. If you’re choosing a CRM to run your own agency rather than to rebrand for clients, start with our guide to the best CRM for small business instead.

The three levels of white-label CRM
| Level | What clients see | Who it suits | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| Branded portal | Your logo and domain on a client login area | Agencies that want a professional client experience | SuiteDash, Vendasta Professional |
| Rebranded app | A full CRM app under your name, with client sub-accounts | Agencies that run marketing for clients inside the CRM | GoHighLevel, Systeme.io |
| Resold software | Your own plans, prices and sign-up page | Agencies building recurring software revenue | GoHighLevel SaaS Mode, Systeme.io white label |
The further down that table you go, the more you become a software company, with support tickets, billing questions and churn to manage. That’s a business model decision as much as a software one.
1
GoHighLevel: best white-label CRM for full reselling
GoHighLevel was designed for this. Clients get their own sub-accounts with a CRM, pipelines, funnels, websites, email, SMS, calling, calendars, reviews and workflows, and you can white-label the desktop web app with your own domain and branding. A branded mobile app is a separate add-on at $497 a month.
Reselling as software is where HighLevel pulls ahead. Agency Pro ($497 a month) unlocks SaaS Mode, which lets you create your own plans, bill clients automatically and mark up usage such as texts and emails. Starter ($97) covers up to three sub-accounts, and Unlimited ($297) removes that cap. Read our GoHighLevel SaaS Mode guide before you price your first plan.
✓ WHY SWITCH
The most complete white-label stack, including texting, calling and automated rebilling.
✕ WATCH OUT
Usage fees, a steep learning curve and $497 a month for true SaaS reselling.
2
Systeme.io: cheapest way to resell software under your brand
Systeme.io’s white-label reseller feature is easy to miss on its pricing page, and it’s included on every plan. You connect your own domain, upload your logo and colours, set a sender email and get a ready-made homepage and pricing page. Clients sign up for your branded version and use funnels, email, courses, automation and CRM pipelines without seeing Systeme.io.
There are rules. Your prices can’t be lower than Systeme.io’s own, and the plans you can resell depend on yours: Startup users can resell Startup, Webinar users can resell Startup and Webinar, and Unlimited users can resell everything. Systeme.io says there’s no extra fee or commission on what you sell. What you don’t get is HighLevel-style communication: texting runs through your own Twilio account, and there’s no built-in phone system.
✓ WHY SWITCH
White-label reselling from $17 a month with no extra fee.
✕ WATCH OUT
No calling or two-way texting, and prices can’t undercut Systeme.io’s own.
3
Vendasta: best for agencies selling to local businesses
Vendasta combines a CRM and client portal with a marketplace of products you can resell, from listings and reviews to websites and ads. Its pricing is a monthly minimum rather than a subscription: you pick $99, $499 or $999, pay that in the first month, and from month two your spend on qualifying products counts toward it.
The detail that matters for white-label: Starter is co-branded with Vendasta and has no contract, while the white-label client portal comes with Professional, which carries a one-year contract. Small agencies will find Starter limiting; agencies already selling several services to local clients get the most from it.
✓ WHY SWITCH
A resale marketplace and client portal built for local-business agencies.
✕ WATCH OUT
Full white-label means a $499 monthly minimum on a one-year contract.
4
SuiteDash: best white-label client portal
SuiteDash is the strongest option here if your goal is a branded place for clients to log in, not a marketing engine. Every plan includes unlimited CRM contacts, staff and portals, and START lists white-labelling and a custom branded mobile app alongside email campaigns and 100GB of storage. THRIVE adds drip campaigns, proposals and deal-stage pipelines, which most agencies will want.
Prices are flat rather than per user: $19, $49 or $99 a month, or $180, $480 and $960 a year, with a 14-day trial. It won’t run your clients’ funnels or texts, but it will make your agency look far more established than a shared Google Drive.
✓ WHY SWITCH
Unlimited users and portals with deep branding from $19 a month.
✕ WATCH OUT
Pipelines start on THRIVE, and there’s no texting or funnel builder.
5
Bitrix24 On-Premise: for teams that want to self-host
Bitrix24’s self-hosted edition is a different kind of white-label. You install the CRM on your own server, and Bitrix24 says On-Premise licences include source-code access (except the mobile app and messenger), so a developer can change the look and integrate it deeply. The Business edition is listed at US$3,590 for 50 users, and Enterprise at US$24,990 for 1,000 or more.
It isn’t a reseller program, and Bitrix24 doesn’t market it as one. It suits a company that wants an internal CRM with its own branding, or a developer agency building a custom solution for one large client. Check the licence and renewal terms with Bitrix24 before you buy.
✓ WHY SWITCH
Self-hosted, with source-code access for deep customisation.
✕ WATCH OUT
Needs a server and developers, and it’s not built for reselling.
What about HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive?
They come up in almost every agency CRM search, but none of them is a white-label CRM. You can’t rebrand HubSpot or resell it as sub-accounts under your own name; agencies usually earn through HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Program while each client keeps its own HubSpot account. The same goes for Salesforce and Pipedrive. They’re excellent CRMs to run your own agency, which is why they appear in our best CRM for small business guide, but they don’t belong on this list.
Questions to ask before you choose a white-label CRM
- Who supports your clients? If the software is under your brand, clients will contact you, not the vendor. Decide who answers those tickets before you sign anyone up.
- What happens to usage costs? Texts, emails and calls cost money. Check whether you can pass those costs on (GoHighLevel can rebill them; Systeme.io uses your Twilio account).
- Can you leave? Contacts usually export cleanly. Funnels, automations and client portals usually don’t.
- What is the minimum commitment? Vendasta’s white-label tier has a one-year contract; GoHighLevel, Systeme.io and SuiteDash are month to month.
- Is the mobile app branded too? Clients notice. GoHighLevel charges $497 a month for its branded app add-on; SuiteDash lists one on START.

How we chose the best white-label CRM tools
We only included tools that let clients see your brand instead of the vendor’s, either through a branded portal, a rebranded app or a reseller program, and we checked each claim against the vendor’s own pricing and feature pages on 5 November 2026. We haven’t resold every platform here to paying clients, so this is a research-based guide, and anything that depends on a vendor’s description is labelled that way. Some links are affiliate links; read our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy.
