ClickFunnels costs $97/mo on the Launch plan, $197/mo on Scale and $297/mo on Optimize, or $81, $164 and $248 a month billed yearly. There’s also an annual-only Dominate plan at $5,997 a year. ClickFunnels takes no transaction fee, but you pay your payment processor on every sale.

Short answer: ClickFunnels is worth it if your business runs on sales funnels and you’ll use the included email, courses and CRM. Most solo sellers only need Launch ($970/yr billed yearly). If you just need a few landing pages, or you want SMS and client accounts, a cheaper or broader tool will fit better.

Below we break down every plan, what each limit means in practice, the extra costs to plan for, and what you’d actually pay in three common setups. All prices are in USD and were checked on 6 November 2026.

Limits as listed by both October 2026 guides above. ClickFunnels doesn’t publish a page limit in those summaries.

A workspace is a separate account for one brand or business, with its own funnels, contacts and domains. That’s the limit most people hit first after contacts.

Which ClickFunnels plan do you need?

  • Launch ($97/mo or $81 billed yearly) if you run one brand, have under 10,000 contacts and sell up to three courses. That covers most solo coaches and product sellers.
  • Scale ($197/mo or $164 billed yearly) if you run two to five brands, need more than two team seats, or your list is past 10,000. One recent guide also lists API and webhook access from Scale up, which matters if you connect other tools.
  • Optimize ($297/mo or $248 billed yearly) if you manage up to ten brands or have a list over 75,000 contacts.
  • Dominate ($5,997/yr) only if you need up to 20 workspaces or 400,000 contacts. Few businesses do.

Tip. Start on Launch billed monthly while you build. Switch to yearly billing once you know the plan fits, so you don’t lock in a year on the wrong tier.

One guide notes that older ClickFunnels plans sold between June 2024 and June 2025 had usage fees for email and video. It found no such overage rate published for the current plans. If you’re on a legacy plan, check your billing page.

Warning. Annual plans are harder to exit early. Recent guides report that ClickFunnels issues credit rather than refunds on early annual cancellation, with a refund window on the first payment only. Read the terms before you pay yearly.

What ClickFunnels really costs: three examples

1. Solo coach, one brand, 4,000 contacts

Launch covers this easily. Billed yearly, that’s $970 for the year, or $1,164 if you pay monthly. If you sell $5,000 a month at an average order of $50, Stripe’s standard US fees come to about $175 a month on top (2.9% of $5,000 plus 100 × $0.30).

2. Small team, three brands, 30,000 contacts

You need Scale for the extra workspaces, seats and contacts. That’s $1,970 a year billed yearly or $2,364 billed monthly. Team seats cover five people, which suits a founder plus a small marketing team.

3. Multi-brand business, eight brands, 120,000 contacts

Optimize is the fit: $2,970 a year billed yearly or $3,564 billed monthly. If you’re building funnels for clients rather than your own brands, compare this with GoHighLevel, which is built for client sub-accounts.

SetupPlanYearly billingMonthly billing
Solo coach, 4,000 contactsLaunch$970$1,164
3 brands, 30,000 contactsScale$1,970$2,364
8 brands, 120,000 contactsOptimize$2,970$3,564

Monthly or yearly billing: which should you pick?

Yearly billing saves about 17% on every plan, which is $194 on Launch and $594 on Optimize. That’s a real saving, but it ties you in for 12 months and early exits are hard, as noted above.

A sensible rule: pay monthly for your first two or three months while you build your first funnel and see results. Once you’re confident ClickFunnels fits and you know which plan you need, switch to yearly. If you expect to grow past 10,000 contacts or add a second brand within the year, consider whether Scale yearly is cheaper than upgrading mid-term.

How to keep your ClickFunnels bill down

  • Clean your contact list. Plans are capped by contacts, so remove bounced and long-inactive contacts before you hit a limit.
  • Combine brands where you can. Each brand usually needs its own workspace, and workspaces are what push you from Launch to Scale.
  • Use the included email first. Launch includes 50,000 emails a month, which may let you drop a separate email tool.
  • Host courses inside ClickFunnels if three courses is enough, instead of paying for a separate course platform.
  • Review seats. Launch has two team seats; give contractors access only while they’re working.
  • Check Stripe fees on low-price offers. The $0.30 fixed fee takes a bigger share of a $7 product than a $97 one.

Does ClickFunnels have a free trial or discounts?

There’s no free plan. ClickFunnels offers a free trial on its main plans; a recent guide cites 14 days on Launch, Scale and Optimize, with a card required and a sending cap of 100 marketing emails a day during the trial. Confirm the current length on the signup page.

The reliable discount is yearly billing, which saves $194 to $594 a year depending on the plan. We don’t list promotional deals here unless we can confirm them; check our deals page for anything current.

KartraEssentials $59/mo ($52 yearly)Starter $119/mo ($99 yearly)NoAll-in-one with helpdesk

At $97 a month, ClickFunnels and GoHighLevel start at the same price, but they solve different problems. GoHighLevel adds SMS, booking and client sub-accounts; ClickFunnels has a more focused funnel builder. Our GoHighLevel vs ClickFunnels comparison and GoHighLevel pricing guide cover that in detail.

Systeme.io is far cheaper and has a free plan, though with simpler design tools; see Systeme.io vs ClickFunnels. Kartra’s entry plan is cheaper than Launch but allows only 500 contacts, so ClickFunnels gives you more room for the money as your list grows.

Is ClickFunnels worth the price?

ClickFunnels is worth it if funnels are how you make money and you’ll use what’s bundled. Launch replaces a page builder, a basic email tool and a course host for $81 a month billed yearly, with 10,000 contacts of room. For a seller doing even a few thousand dollars a month, that’s reasonable.

It’s harder to justify if you only need a few landing pages, if you need SMS and client accounts, or if your budget is tight. In those cases Systeme.io, GoHighLevel or a simpler page builder will cost less or fit better. Our ClickFunnels alternatives guide lists the main options.

How we researched this

This is a research-based pricing guide; we didn’t run hands-on tests for it. We compared ClickFunnels’ published plan details as reported in two independent pricing guides from October 2026, which agreed on every price and limit we quote, and checked them on 6 November 2026. GoHighLevel prices come from our earlier verified pricing page. Where only one source reported a detail (trial terms, API access, cancellation terms), we say so. See how we review software.

FAQ

How much does ClickFunnels cost per month?

Launch is $97/mo, Scale is $197/mo and Optimize is $297/mo when billed monthly. Billed yearly, they work out to $81, $164 and $248 a month. Dominate is annual only at $5,997 a year.

Does ClickFunnels have a free plan?

No. ClickFunnels offers a free trial instead. A recent guide cites 14 days on Launch, Scale and Optimize, with a card required. Check the signup page for the current length.

Does ClickFunnels charge transaction fees?

No. ClickFunnels doesn’t take a percentage of your sales. You still pay your payment processor, such as Stripe at 2.9% + $0.30 per US card payment.

What’s the difference between ClickFunnels Launch and Scale?

Scale raises contacts from 10,000 to 75,000, workspaces from 1 to 5, courses from 3 to 6, team seats from 2 to 5, and custom domains from 5 to unlimited. It costs $197/mo or $164/mo billed yearly.

Is ClickFunnels cheaper than GoHighLevel?

Not really. Both start at $97/mo, and both entry plans cost $970 a year billed yearly. GoHighLevel adds client sub-accounts and SMS tools but bills SMS and email sending on usage, so its real cost depends on how much you send.

Is there a ClickFunnels plan for agencies?

ClickFunnels plans are built around workspaces rather than white-label client accounts. Scale gives you 5 workspaces and Optimize gives you 10, which can work for a small agency. If you want to resell software under your own brand, GoHighLevel is designed for that.

Can I cancel ClickFunnels anytime?

Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Recent guides report that early cancellation of an annual plan usually gets credit rather than a refund, so read the terms before choosing yearly billing.
